Hi, I'm Jaclynne and I am an Expressive Therapist, Art Therapist and Holistic Counsellor.
My passion is helping you understand your thoughts and feelings to improve your emotional wellbeing. I specialize in helping people release emotional energy, allowing them to feel lighter and happier. I do this using Expressive Art Therapies. No art skills are needed. There are lots of unique creative ways that offer various methods of
self-expression, giving you amazing insight and
self-awareness. I offer a range of services to suit your needs. Whether you prefer Expressive Therapy, Art Therapy or Holistic Counselling, we work together to find the best solution that will benefit you.
I am a member of IICT (International Institute for Complementary Therapies), an unregistered NDIS provider and hold a blue card.
With experience in Mental Health at Hospitals, Neighbourhood Centres, Schools, Employee Assistance Programs, Community and Social groups, I provide a safe non-judgmental space and the support you need.
